Kick-off meeting in Poland

Over the past few months, Adiper has actively participated in the development of the Bridging Generations Through Emotional Intelligence project. We took part in the kick-off meeting in Elbląg, Poland, where we had the opportunity to meet the partners in person, align our priorities, and define a clear roadmap for the upcoming phases. Following this, we contributed to the creation of the final WP2 report and the definition of the 12 intergenerational training areas, tailored to address both ageism and youngism. We also organised a national focus group with professionals working with older adults, which provided essential insights into the challenges and needs of the senior population.

We are currently preparing for the next work packages and looking forward to contributing to the co-creation of meaningful and inclusive training materials.
